Our early 1900s storefront on historic Swiss Avenue, with its salon, gallery and private patio, is available for dinners, celebrations, and photo and film work.

The spaces

The salon: white plaster walls, an antique mirror, candles and a branch arrangement

The Salon

Weathered white plaster, pressed tin and exposed ductwork under high ceilings, with tall windows and a brick doorway out to the patio. Open, loft-like and easily reset.

A private courtyard of climbing vines, antique mirrors, wrought iron and chimeneas, framed by brick warehouse walls and steel-frame windows.

The front room on Swiss Avenue: sage walls, green velvet and vintage furniture, with original terrazzo underfoot and daylight through arched windows. About 900 square feet, added to a booking for larger gatherings.

An inquiry holds nothing until we confirm it, and we reply within one business day.

Floral for your event can be designed by our studio and is quoted separately, and arrangements can also be ordered ahead from our website or the Twelve Thirty Four app. A member of our team is on the premises throughout every booking. Guests arrive through the shop on Swiss Avenue, which stays open to the public unless the Gallery is booked, and there is one restroom, which is not wheelchair accessible.

Any bar needs a licensed, insured bartender. Renters provide a certificate of insurance naming Twelve Thirty Four Concepts LLC as additional insured, or add our event cover for $175. Candles need our approval, and other open flame is limited to the chimeneas. Full terms are in the rental agreement, sent once we confirm your date, which controls in any conflict.
