Information You Provide

When you sign up for the app and place an order, we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address and phone number
- Your delivery address (if you choose delivery)
- The recipient's name and contact information (if different from yours)
- The occasion, size tier, and any preferences or notes for your arrangement
- The text of any handwritten note you choose to include with the arrangement
- Feedback text you submit through the in-app "Leave app feedback" form

Payment Information

Card and payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers or security codes on our servers. We retain a Stripe customer reference and the transaction outcome for the purpose of processing and reconciling your order.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use the app, we automatically collect:
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- Anonymous device identifier assigned by Firebase Authentication
- Push notification token (if you grant permission)
- App usage analytics, such as which screens you view, which arrangements you tap, and when you complete an order
- Crash and error diagnostics for app stability

We do not use advertising identifiers and we do not request tracking permission.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:
- Process and fulfill your orders
- Communicate with you about your orders, including delivery, fulfillment, and any issues
- Send push notifications about your orders or seasonal product updates (you can opt out anytime in your device or app settings)
- Improve the app and our services through analytics and crash reports
- Look up your prior order history under your email to display your "Member since" year and recognize you as a returning customer
- Respond to feedback you submit through the app

Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on the following services to operate the app:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics (crash reporting), Cloud Firestore (data storage), Cloud Functions (server logic), and Cloud Messaging (push notifications)
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Shopify: Order fulfillment and customer record linkage
- Apple App Store and Apple Pay: App distribution and payment

Each of these services has its own privacy practices. We share with each only the information necessary to perform their function.

How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as needed to fulfill your order or operate the app:
- With Stripe to process payment
- With Shopify to fulfill your order and consolidate your purchase history
- With our delivery and fulfillment partners as required for your order
- With legal authorities if required by law

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

Push Notifications

If you allow notifications, we may send you:
- Order status updates (confirmation, fulfillment, delivery)
- Occasional seasonal announcements

You can disable all push notifications in your iOS device settings, or disable seasonal alerts in your in-app profile preferences.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS and TLS), encryption at rest, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of analytics or push notifications
- Withdraw consent for any optional data use

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
